Scooped is an app for logging and rating ice cream and gelato flavors. This policy describes what data we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account: email address, or name and email via Sign in with Apple, depending on how you sign in.
• Profile and content: username, display name, profile photo, scoops (check-ins), flavor ratings, reviews, photos you add, and who you follow.
• Location: only with your permission, to show nearby venues and attach a scoop to a venue.
• Push token: to send notifications (e.g. yums, streak reminders), only if you allow notifications.
• Technical data: crash reports and error diagnostics via Sentry.

What we don't do

We do not use tracking or advertising analytics. Your scoop and rating data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Google location data (venues, places) is never blended with your personal Scooped data.

Third-party services

• Supabase (EU) — database, authentication, server functions.
• Cloudflare R2 — photo storage.
• Google Maps/Places — locations and map display.
• Sentry — error monitoring.
• Expo — push notification delivery.
• Resend — sign-in code email delivery.

Your rights

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account). For other questions about your data, contact support@scooped.eu.

Minimum age

Scooped is intended for users aged 13 and older.
